Working directly with Bob Melone, we developed a strategy to produce very high-quality video content shown when new clients receive their first emails from the Bob Melone Team. Doing this gives Bob and his team an advantage over the competition when people are shopping around.
Each video we created was around 1-2.5 minutes, provided a lot of value, and positioned Bob as the trusted expert in his field. Using two 4k resolution cameras, crafted lighting, and tight scripting, we were able to help Bob achieve the right video content he was looking for while keeping them short and effective to make a difference for his business without dragging on unnecessarily
Nevins Dental Center is a leading implant and smile restoration practice located in downtown Boston. While they were getting a decent amount of customers through search engine traffic, it was unpredictable. They also realized they were potentially missing out on new patients by not utilizing the various social media channels to reach new people.
Nevins Dental Center wanted to start by increasing the number of dental implant customers. But they also needed a way to segment customers based on their dental needs to prioritize time and resources to onboarding patients ready for implants compared to those just curious for the future.
Here at Synchro, we came up with a series of marketing campaigns focusing on getting people to take a quiz or questionnaire to facilitate self-selection. Allowing people to tell us if they needed or were interested in dental implants and what their needs were.
All About You Salon & Day Spa is a spacious salon and full-service day spa. But during the Covid-19 pandemic, the business was forced to shut down. When the salon opened back up, the regular customers began to come back. Still, the salon needed a way to reach new customers to increase their customer base.
Working with the owner Laurie, we created a giveaway promotion. We were confident having an excellent prize for the winner would quickly generate interest for her business.
But contests and giveaways often have an adverse effect where people are only interested in winning something and not necessarily becoming customers.
